    Alimentele Medicament

Proaspete, selectate dupa miros si gust, consumate numai cu placere, foarte bine mestecate, urmatoarele “alimente-medicament” va pot reda sanatatea:

Fructe natural coapte. Sucuri de fructe si/sau legume foarte proaspete.

Mierea de albine: 1-6 linguri/zi, in ceaiuri, limonade.

Polen, pastura: 1-6 lingurite/zi.

Laptisor de matca: 100-400 mg/zi.

Legume si zarzavaturi netratate chimic.Verdeturi (patrunjel, marar, leustean, urzici, salata ).

Radacinoase (morcovi, telina, sfecla rosie, hrean ras etc.).

Condimente usoare (coriandru, anason, busuioc, tarhon, chimion, ghimbir).

Condimente tari (usturoi, ceapa, hrean, praz, mustar).

Otet de mere: 1-3 lingurite/zi + apa + miere.

Sare grunjoasa sau sare de mare, maximum 3-5 g/zi (daca medicul permite!).

Drojdie de bere proaspata: o lingurita/zi.

Ciuperci comestibile proaspete, soia (sub orice forma: coapta, germinata etc.).

Cereale (grau, orez, porumb, hrisca, secara), germeni de grau: 1-3 lingurite/zi.

Graul incoltit, painea graham, painea integrala, painea neagra.

Tarate de grau (2-3 linguri inmuiate 8-10 ore in 500 ml apa; se consuma integral pe parcursul unei zile). Bors din tarate de grau: 1-2 cani/zi. Braga.

Seminte crude (dovleac, floarea-soarelui, nuci, alune, migdale, arahide etc.).

Ulei crud de masline si/sau floarea soarelui (ideal, presate la rece): 1-4 lingurite/zi.

Supe, ciorbe de legume si zarzavaturi, cartofi fierti in coaja sau copti.

Piure de cartofi cu ulei crud de floarea-soarelui si/sau mujdei de usturoi.

Lapte prins, iaurt, sana, chefir, unt clarificat, branza foarte proaspata, urda, cas, zer.

Fructe de mare (midii, stridii, crabi, rapana, creveti).

Peste foarte proaspat ori congelat, icre de peste proaspete.

Galbenus de ou crud: 1 la micul dejun + miere (iaurt, lapte batut).

Oua de prepelita crude: 3-5 inainte de micul dejun.

Surse vegetale de proteine: polen, fasole, linte, mazare, bob, alune, arahide, nuci, seminte crude comestibile, germeni de grau, ciuperci, drojdie de bere etc.

 

 

 

                                                            Sfaturi practice

Fiecare imbucatura trebuie mestecata de cel putin 30 de ori inainte de inghitire. Alimentele solide trebuie mestecate pana devin lichide, iar cele lichide, inainte de a fi inghitite, trebuie “mestecate”!

Cumpatarea este calea cea mai sigura spre sanatate. Mancati intotdeauna numai cand va este foame si sculati-va de la masa pe jumatate satui). Uneori, cantitatea este mai importanta decat calitatea…
